Process & O.D.

|
If five people were asked to accomplish the same goal, the result would probably be arrived at in five different ways. Although each PROCESS may be excellent, continuous improvement is achievable. Process Improvement is itself a process. Techniques to document, flowchart and map existing procedures will bring to light areas for consideration.
Organizational Development works to continuously improve the alignment of processes and human creativity with the strategic vision of a company or venture. There are many assessment tools that can be used to accomplish this purpose. However, nothing takes the place of business analysis skills for insight and recommendations.
Business Process Management (BPM) is a comprehensive approach to improvement. BPM uses four steps: Assess, Design, Implement, and Sustain. Simple and basic, these steps are dynamic with enough flexibility for use in small or individual coaching projects up to an entire multi-departmental organization over an extended time. BPM increases efficiencies, reduces risk, and enhances value.
